I'm Henny, a qualified Health Coach and Positive Psychology Coach with specialisms in Women’s Health, Positive Behavioural Change and Alcohol-Free Coaching.
I am also a qualified Sound Therapist, offering both group sound baths and 1:1 sound therapy sessions designed to support your mind, body and spirit.
A little bit about me:
Before 2020, I struggled to maintain healthy habits. Despite repeated efforts to eat well, exercise and cut back on alcohol, I lacked consistency, and any positive changes I did manage to make were always short-lived. Deep down, I truly believed I’d never really be able to change.
However, during the pandemic-induced lockdown, I listened to a brilliant podcast episode between Dr. Rangan Chatterjee and Andy Ramage on ‘Feel Better, Live More.’ The conversation struck a real chord with me and prompted a huge lifestyle change.
On 2nd May 2020, fed up of feeling so stressed and anxious while looking after my two young boys, I challenged myself to take a break from alcohol for three months. This one decision was the catalyst for a transformative health journey and, although it wasn’t always easy, when the three months were up, there was no way I was going to start drinking again. I was loving my new, healthy lifestyle far too much: I’d taken up running, I was cooking nutritious meals and eating much more healthily, I was losing weight, my sleep was great, I had more energy, more confidence, a much more positive outlook on life and, most importantly, I was showing up much more often as the mum and the wife I wanted to be…and I wasn’t prepared to give any of that up!
My journey inspired me to become a Health Coach
My diplomas in Health Coaching (from the College of Naturopathic Medicine) and Positive Psychology Coaching (from the Andy Ramage Training Academy) have provided me with a solid understanding and deep appreciation of holistic health, effective habit-formation techniques and the GROW coaching model, all of which have been (and continue to be) invaluable in consistently achieving great results with my clients.
I use a mixture of approaches in my coaching sessions, including the Solution-Focused Approach, Cognitive Behavioural Coaching, the Person-Centred Approach and Positive Psychology Coaching.
Through my personalised coaching, I am passionate about empowering busy women to embrace healthier habits to boost their energy, mental clarity and resilience to stress, allowing them to lead healthier, happier and much more fulfilling lives.

My journey to becoming a Sound Therapist began with my own healing. Over the last couple of years, sound therapy has played a profound role in supporting my health and wellbeing, helping me to release stress, find balance and reconnect with myself on a much deeper level.
The transformation I have experienced inspired me to share this powerful healing modality with others (both men and women), as I believe our society is in urgent need of more spaces for stillness, restoration and connection.
In my work as a health coach, every single client I meet talks about stress as a constant presence in their daily life. Sound therapy offers a gentle yet deeply effective way to calm the nervous system, quieten the mind and create space for the body’s natural healing processes to unfold. It is such a privilege to hold this space for others, so they too can experience the peace and renewal that sound can bring.
