3-month 'Refuel and Reset' Programme:
This programme enables us to work together for a significant length of time, helping you to build sustainable habits to last a lifetime. It will inspire and empower you to prioritise yourself and your health, and it will develop your awareness of the impact your daily habits have on every area of your life. I will provide you with the gentle guidance and accountability you need over three months while you develop sustainable, healthy habits for greater energy, more mental clarity and a robust resilience to stress.
We’ll focus on your nutrition, fitness, sleep, gut-health, hormone-health, work and home life, relationships, stress levels, productivity and mindset. Taking a break from alcohol is by no means a compulsory part of my programme, but if you are a ‘middle-lane’ drinker wanting to explore your relationship with alcohol, I will offer you a safe, non-judgemental space to do so.
By making small, manageable changes that slowly build over time, you can look forward to a healthier, happier and more fulfilling future. We will look at your nutrition, fitness, sleep, gut-health, hormone-health, work and home life, relationships, and stress levels, before you decide which aspects of your health you would like to focus on the most. Taking a break from alcohol is by no means a compulsory part of my programme, but if you are a ‘middle-lane’ drinker wanting to begin to explore your relationship with alcohol, I will offer you a safe, non-judgemental space to do so.
