I'm Henny, your health coach and accountability partner specialising in supporting busy women like you to take a break from alcohol.

With my holistic, non-judgemental and personalised approach to health coaching, we'll focus on developing small, manageable changes that, over time, will have a huge impact on your health and overall quality of life.
